In her work, Holly utilizes multiple modalities with a primary emphasis on EMDR Therapy.  She was first trained in EMDR Therapy in 2013 and immediately moved forward to certification and then to Approved Consultant. She currently facilitates at EMDR Therapy Basic Trainings with the Humanitarian Assistance Programs: Trauma Recovery and with EMDR Professional Training. She has presented various advanced trainings in EMDR Therapy, and in 2021 she joined the EMDR International Association’s (EMDRIA) Board of Directors.  Additionally, she provides the needed hours for EMDR certification and EMDR approved consulting for trained EMDR therapists.
