Licensed Mental Health professionals who have at least a Masters degree and are licensed by their state for the national board for independent clinical practice are eligible to attend, as are registered psychological assistants, interns, and associates.
Masters and Doctoral students may attend as long as they are in practicum or past and have written approval from their supervisor stating that they may do so. Directions on how to obtain supervisor approval is a shareable document available within this course once registration and payment has been completed.
EMDR Professional Training is an approved EMDRIA CE Provider (#18023), and this program is an EMDRIA approved EMDR Basic Training program.
Per EMDRIA guidelines, participants must complete Virtual Basic Training within one year of beginning the course.
There is no known commercial support for this program.
EMDR Professional Training’s Basic Training program is a 57-hour program. The instructional and practicum portions of EMDR Professional Training’s Basic Training equal 47 hours and are approved for 47 CEs (Continuing Education Credits) through CE-Classes.com. The required 10 hours of consultation does not count toward CEs.
Participants are responsible to check with their individual state boards to verify CE requirements for their state.
The American Psychological Association (APA). CE-Classes.com is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. CE-Classes.com maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
